Nightmare! Aggressive owner and rude staff. My husband goes there to buy tickets for beds/chairs but is sent away and told they are sold out. Then I see an Italian person buy tickets. I go there as a woman and get 4(!) beds? After he send away my husband? I was told the umbrellas are sold out. We are with kids so we took out our own umbrella. Then we are aggressively yelled at that it's not possible to use our own umbrella. Finally after much effort we are "allowed" to sit all the way in the corner near the free beach. We move with all are stuff and small kids. While we were still busy moving the owner starts aggressively yelling and cursing. I felt really scared and violated. He wanted us to leave. Or pay an extra 23 euro's. For what? It's really unheard how they treat people! Worth NONE stars!!!!

Very negative experience – I would give zero stars out of five.

Negative experience with the staff. Two employees initially allowed us to set up a small private tent for our children. However, two hours later, another staff member arrived and began shaking the tent aggressively and verbally attacking my partner. The whole situation was extremely unpleasant and stressful, especially with small children present. I find this kind of behavior from the staff completely unacceptable. Esperienza da incubo. Quando arrivi accoglienza zero nessuno che ti mostro l ombrellone e lo apra e va bene chiudo un occhio del resto é un posto economico. Quello che però accade dopo ha del surreale. Chiedo di poter stare la mattina e ritornare nel pomeriggio ma mi dicono che devo lasciare qualcosa di mio perché nessuno mi prenda l ombrellone. Ricapitolando io pago l ombrellone per tutto il giorno e poi se voglio trovare il mio posto devo lasciare un mio oggetto incustoditi. Già qui parliamone. Poi vado al bar a prendere un panino e lascio gli abiti al bagno. Quando torno dopo poco trovo l ombrellone pieno di senegalesi. Faccio notare che l'ombrello é occupato in quanto ho lasciato i vestiti e si spostano di un ombrellone. Vado ad avvisare la bagnina perché è vergognoso che non ci sia nessun controllo per giunta in tempo di covid ma anche senza covid ... La bagnina molto scocciata mi risponde che non è colpa loro e che al limite mi manda via la gente ma che loro non possono controllare queste cose. Allora tanto vale andare a...
