We are looking forward to this mall. Super excited that it's so close to our residence. However, I am very concernd that this Grand opening could turn into a super spreader with Japan entering it's third wave of Coronavirus pandemic. My another concern is that a lot of the Japanese men do not wash their hands properly after using toilet. I have seen on numerous occasions that many men simply touch the water for one second and leave. Some won't even bother touching the water after shaking their wiener vigorously. I was quite surprised given the fact that I was made to believe that Japanese people we very clean. But damn, it turns out that that's not the case, especially for the Japanese salary men. I am an Asian-American and I thought White Americans had more dirty social habits like wearing shoes in the house. Everytime I visited my white professors house I was appalled by the sight of people walking around the house with thier dirty shoes and too much kiss and hugs. I never enjoyed these two American social habit. Well Japan's no different it seems, except for the no shoes inside policy and bow only which I greatly appreciate. June 12, 2025 around 11am Girl Staff at information center is very rude. I accidentally drop the one pair of my hand gloves i bought at ¥100 yen shop. Told to claim it in the information center, show the other half to the staff, filled up the claim form but didn’t give my stuff because i forgot to bring my Id, i just have my credit card with me and even show the photo of my resident card from my phone. She’s even nagging on us and told to get it next time. STAFFS ON INFORMATION CENTERS SHOULD BE APPROACHABLE!!!

Your parking traffic sucks. For a multi-national company such as you, you should hire professional consultants to address this problem because apparently the one in-charge now is clueless and plainly stupid! It took us an hour to get out of the parking lot. The worst traffic I’ve ever experienced.You should be ashamed...
