本日2025年7月8日19時05分頃、家賃の支払いのために来店しましたが、対応した男性スタッフの態度に非常に驚きました。挨拶もなく、一言も声をかけられず、お釣りを返す際には無言で投げるように渡されました。私は日本に住んでほぼ6年になりますが、このような対応を受けたのは初めてです。

通常、コンビニでサービスを利用する際には、スタッフから丁寧な挨拶や案内があるのが当たり前です。しかし、この店舗では挨拶もなく、支払い金額の確認や、画面上での支払い確認ボタンを押すような案内もありませんでした。

接客の基本である「挨拶」さえできないのであれば、その方は接客業に向いていないと思います。非常に残念な対応でした。

He did not greet me, did not say a single word, and when giving me the change, he tossed the money without saying anything.
