Love it. It wasn't too crowded when we shopped. More than 5,500yen will have auto tax refunds for foreigners. You just have to show your passport. Quite a number of heat tech clothing on sale, great buys for winter. Definitely recommend for people that pass by this area to drop by, you'll be surprised to bring some...

We got heaps of weather appropriate (hot / humid) clothing (AIRism DRY-EX) for a more than fair price. The staff was also super friendly and helpful, they even called us a cab when we realized it might be a bit too dark to walk back to the hotel on the side...
