Shiki Resort Hakone Style — Local services in Hakone

DISrecommendation. We have been staying here for two days and there is no (!) way to get here after 5 pm by public transportation. And even if you found a way to get there by bus you have to go for a kilometre or so in the forest with no street lights at all. Moreover the whole place smells like the volcanic eggs. Some of the rooms has no shower so if you want to take one you should try the smelly water in the Onsen. チェックイン時、従業員（インド人女性）はワンオペ。全館で1人しかいないレベルのワンオペ。そもそも15時についたらエントランス周りの電気がついてなかった。嫌な予感。

俺は外国人だろうがなんだろうが能力があれば全然許容する派だ。日本で仕事してるんだから尊敬すらする。でもこの人は使われてる日本語は理解できているようだが、自分がどんな日本語を使っているかはわからないようだ。不安が増す。

まぁいい。

やっとチェックイン。

部屋に入ると余分なコンセントや内線電話がない。携帯の充電ができなくて本当に困った。wifiは飛んでいるのに携帯が充電切れなら意味ない。何のためにwifiつけてんの？

もっとまずいのは、冷蔵庫や照明などの設備用のコンセントが壁にない。コンセントは床に埋め込んであって、そこに合わないタコアシを繋げてるから、すぐにコンセントからタコアシが抜けるし、タコアシが挿さってる時は感電とか火事になりそうなレベルで端子が剥き出しになってる。危険。

それをフロントに言いたくても内線はない。仕方なくフロントに足を運ぶと『ユルユル シッテマス モトモト ソウデス』としか言われない。元々こうならもっとヤバい。知ってたんならさらに悪質だろ…

他の人何時に来るのですか？と聞いたら『セキニンシャガ18ジニキマス。ツタエテオキマス。』

電話できないの？『デンワ ダメッテ イワレテマス。』

チェックインする時間帯なのに、責任者がいないホテルなんてあるの？マジで？まぁいないならしょうがない。

風呂入ったり、まったりしたりして、やがて19時になって、それでも何も起こらないからご飯食べに行ったら、フロントの人がいた。
