店員の対応に激しく不満、憤りを覚えました。子供を久々のボウリングに連れて行き、たくさん遊べるように思いきって投げ放題プランで利用しました。大人１人につき付き添いの小中学生無料クーポンを使用。ただ、貸しシューズ代370円はしっかり取られます。待ち時間も無くすぐに始められるという事でしたが、申込受付が紙で申請する方式から自分でコンピューターに入力しなければいけない仕様に変わっており、特に店員の説明も無かったので自分も他のお客さんも困惑状態。なんとか受付を済ませ、プレイは始められたものの、一時間ほど遊んだ時にこのゲームを最後にして帰ってくれと唐突に言われた。何故かと聞くと２フロア貸し切りで団体の予約が入ってるらしく、その為だと。そんな大掛かりな予約ならラウンドワン側としては前もって知ってただろうに、事前に何の説明も無し。しかも、その時投げてる全員が帰らされるのならまだしも、３グループほど残って引き続き遊んでる様子でした。貸し切りと言われて帰らされる組と残って遊ばしてもらえる組があることについても何の説明も無し。あまりに店員の対応などに腹が立ったので、評価は１としました。本当は０にしたいくらいです。子供もたくさん投げられるのを期待してたのに、途中で帰らされた事がショックで、もう２度と...
