Rooms are cold. Whole hotel is cold. Staff not friendly. Male staff needs to find another calling in life. Hospitality doesn’t fit him. Breakfast is a joke. Heating room to dry our snow gear should be called the freezing room. Shower doors doesn’t have any locks. Living area is cozy but closes at 11pm. Unless you bribe the host then maybe you can stay longer. Bar is a joke. Make staff has no idea about how to run a hotel and delivery services. The whole hotel is a joke.

It’s in the middle of no where… be mindful of this if you plan on evening activities. There’s nothing close. Yuzawa is an hours walk away. The room I stayed in had such a bad smell. The smell was actually waking me up through the night…. The smell or the freezing room. The futons had stains all over them. The pillow was comfortable but dirty. Honestly can still imagine the smell. This isn’t a family place - it will do if you’re on a budget and only want to ski/snowbord (10 minutes walk away...

Pour ce prix il ne faut pas s'attendre à une expérience miraculeuse ! L' hôtel est en mauvais état, les tatamis et cloisons sont tachés, et pour ne pas mourir de froid dans la chambre il faut se relever toutes les trois heures pour rallumer le chauffage au pétrole...quand il ne s'éteint pas à cause des multiples coupures de courant ! Le service est correct. Seuls points positifs: la salle a vivre qui est tout à fait agréable et puis surtout l'emplacement, à 3 minutes du...
