I purchased souvenirs meant to bring out of Japan (tax free). There was an item in a glass jar left behind in the store (probably because the staff intended to wrap it in bubble wrap before putting it in the tax free sealed bag) and I did not realise it until I had left Japan and arrived in my home country. To my surprise, I received an international phone call from the Mega Don Quijote outlet informing me the item had been left behind and the staff trying their best to make amends accordingly.
