ここを利用させてもらってはや数年経ちます。 数年たってなお改善されていない部分について 評価記載します。 こちらのアニメイト店内は比較的広く女性向けが多い印象です。 私は那覇市内で住んでいます。通いやすい位置にメイトがあるのでよく利用させてもらうのですが店員の民度差があるのでまとめてみました。 ▽要望 店員はまあ多いほうかと思いますが頼りたいときにいらっしゃらない時 があるのでその点は不便です。 レジスペース内に入るのにレジスペース外（店内）にひとりは待機してほしいと思います。 いない店内中店員を探す羽目になるので大変です。 また、クチコミに記載されている店員についてですが、私が通ってみて特定の一人のことを指していると見ています。 女性の店員の方だと思います。彼女は他の店員との絡みは仲良く接しているようですが顧客等に対しての対応があまりにも雑ですね。 私はこの方にはなるべく聞かないよう気をつけながら店員の方に声掛けしています。 以前近くにいらっしゃて声掛けしたときにドスのきいたような言葉で威圧的な対応をされたので本部に伝えようか迷ったくらいでした。 また、店員に対して気になるような方がいらっしゃればカスタマーセンターで店舗名名前等を伝えることができる項目がありますのでそちらを使って言ったらいいと思います。（自己責任でお願いします。） この方以外は皆さんよく丁寧に対応してくださるので通い続けています。 又、Twitter等で商品入荷等をお知らせしてくれるのはありがたいのですができれば予約満で入荷予定なしのものも伝えてくださると助かります。 通販予約・店舗予約は違い通販は通販の入荷数が決まっているようで 店舗入荷数も決まっているようです。 店舗予約を取ってその品が予約満になった場合店舗に並ぶことはないそうです。 また、通販で店舗在庫確認したときに在庫があるようだったので購入しようとしたら店舗に在庫はないと先程の女性の店員の方に言われました。よ取り寄せしますか？等のことも言われなかったので彼女は非常に顧客にとって厄介です。 電話予約できない等のことは知識がないためカスタマーセンターに連絡してもいいかもですね。 （本当に店舗電話予約・取り寄せできないか等のことで） 今の所はこれくらいでしょうか。 店舗側がこちらのクチコミを見てないことも承知の上で書いています。改善されたらいいなあ、と思いましたね。 長文でしたが読んで頂きたありがとうございました。 また追記が...
