Really nice experience. I had heard of this place on the internet and wanted to check it out. I was very pleasantly surprised by it.
The food was super nice and fairly priced if you ask me. The quality of the broth was super nice and the noodles were cooked to a nice soft texture as I like it. The standard meat that came with the soup was a bit boring, however the smoked pork meat you could order extra was fantastic and very flavourful.
The interaction with the staff was interesting, it's very different from what I'm used to in Europe, which is very fun to try out. The staff were really nice and helpful with ordering.

Read moreTried to come in on Sunday evening between 8-9. The queue was all the way up the stairs (is a basement restaurant) so we immediately aborted mission. Then, visited on a casual Thursday before 6pm. No queue, so no wait time.
First you pay for the meal and grab a ticket and then waited to be seated. You get a paper to fill in your preferences (how spicy, rich, garlic etc.) and give it to the cook in front of your seat (windows go up and down to serve you).
Spicy level at 3 was bearable, perhaps I could go for a 4 or 5. Nevertheless, a good experience and very fast service.
