券売機では高額紙幣が使えない。何かあっても駅員がほぼいなくて対応が遅い。トラブル時のコールセンター直通の通話機は音が悪くて相手の声が聞き取りづらい。ホーム内には乗越精算機、チャージ機はない。トイレは汚い。新潟駅の隣駅とは思えない残念さが拭えない。 待合は空調完備、駅入り口と改札入ってす...
