I often drank espresso orange when I lived in Thailand. I’m so surprised when I saw the espresso orange menu at Primal coffee. This menu reminded me to miss my hometown. I love this menu. I thought the espresso orange is a good menu for who doesn’t like a bitter taste of coffee. The orange juice that is mixed with coffee, can blend the taste to be the delicious drink. Moreover, the pudding is not too sweet. It’s very delicious. Must try.

▪️店名 【PRIMAL COFFEE.】 山形ラーメン遠征の帰り道に東新潟で下車。 プリン王子にオススメしてもらったこちらのお店へ！ ✂︎┈┈┈┈┈┈注文したもの┈┈┈┈┈┈ ☑︎ プリン @ 600 ☑︎ アイスコーヒー @ 650 ✂︎┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ もちろんプリンを注文。 （決済は現金or PayPay） グレーとブラウンを基調としたカジュアルモダンな店内は11席。 約7分でプリンと飲み物が提供されました。 プリンは表面やや固めで中身はしっとりむっちりタイプ。 クリームはミルキーで素朴な甘味を感じます。 マイルドなプリンの上にかかっているエスプレッソのパウダーがコクのある渋みを与え、やや苦手につくられたカラメルも加わる事で、全体の味わいのバランスをうまく整えています。 味覚を刺激する要素が多いため、飽きずに最後まで美味しくいただけるぷりんでした。 アイスコーヒーはコクありかフルーティーな酸味タイプが選べ、フルーティーなタイプにしました。アタック優しめ、コアントローのような柑橘系の風味をキレのある酸味が引き締め、スッキリ飲めますが最後舌にとろみがじんわりと残る美味しいアイスコーヒーでした。 お土産プリンも販売されていてとても美味しそうなのですが！予約限定なので、時間新潟で予定がある時は事前に予約しようと思います！ 美味しく頂きました！ ごちそうさまでした！
