Booking experience: October 22, 2024 and October 28, 2024 - KIX Airport to Kyoto hotel and return We chose Ken’s Osaka Taxi because coming off a long international flight in the early evening, we wanted efficient transport from Osaka airport to our Kyoto hotel. We did have luggage and wanted to navigate the airport as easily as possible, meet our driver and be-on-our-way directly to our Kyoto hotel. It was a great decision to choose Ken’s Osaka Taxi, a private transfer service, for both our airport pickup and our airport return from Kyoto hotel. We will do it again in a heartbeat on our next visit to Osaka and Kyoto.

After reading the website, I communicated with Ken via WhatsApp several weeks before our arrival. He was quick to respond in English answering my questions and confirming availability. I completed the reservation request on the website and promptly received a formal reservation confirmation with all the details, including details of our driver’s name and where to meet him. When we arrived, I sent a What’s App to Ken that our flight had arrived early; I did this before I saw a message from Ken; there was a switch in the driver. Seamlessly, we arrived at the meetup point; after a wait of roughly five minutes (remember we were early), the driver took our bags to our car and we were on our way. Simple. The driver spoke limited English, but this was not an issue; he had all the details from Ken. The driver unloaded our luggage from the car and brought the bags into the hotel lobby.

The return trip from Kyoto to Osaka KIX airport in the early evening was equally smooth. Even with our second hotel location on a narrow street difficult for cars to navigate, it was handled by the driver’s excellent skills.

Exceptional Late-Night Transfer from Universal Japan to Kyoto with Kens Taxis! As a large party of seven from Northern Ireland, complete with a substantial amount of luggage, finding reliable and comfortable late-night transport from Universal Japan to Kyoto was a top priority. Kens Taxis not only met but exceeded our expectations in every way! Communication from Kens Taxis was absolutely fantastic. From our initial inquiry to the moment we were dropped off in Kyoto, every detail was clearly communicated, which was incredibly reassuring for a late-night journey with a big group in an unfamiliar country. This is an overdue review. We booked Ken's Osaka taxi service on April 4 for our hotel transfer from Zentis Osaka to Kansai International Airport (KIX) airport . The communication through WhatsApp was great from inquiry to the days before the pick up. Ken gave us the best option for the transportation based on the number of passengers + luggage's. I'm so glad we went with the bigger van since we came back with more luggage's due to shopping. Our driver was ON TIME arriving on the stated time on our pick up instruction. He was professionally dressed and carefully arranged our luggage's at the van trunk. He made sure we are all comfortable before our 1 hour drive to the airport. Then transportation itself is very clean and comfortable that my sister fell asleep as soon as we drove out of the hotel parking. Upon arrival to the airport, our driver verified our airline for the drop off and he carefully unloaded our luggage's. Such a great experience! So different from the feeling of being rushed here in the US. Our picked up time was 12: 30pm and Mr. Horie was there on the said arrival time .
