The best Takoyaki in Japan!

The review was real. This little joint is very close to Shin-Osaka station. The owner is an expert of Takoyaki which is a Osaka’s infamous local food.

Salt mayonnaise with lots of green onion is a must. You can eat a whole a lot because it’s like a snack. Crispy outside and the inside melts in mouth. Yummo!!!

We were so full (two of us) and happy for only 1400 yen....

Denied service. Not sure why. We walked in, the lady behind the counter waved us off, we left assuming they were closing. A lady walked in behind us and was seated. It may have been because we didn't look like we spoke Japanese or maybe she thought we looked mean. Who knows. Either way, there was plenty of space and we were hungry. Oh well. Maybe...

Stumbled upon this place by chance when I was checking out what to see around Shin-Osaka and absolutely loved it! crisp skin with runny filling. I ordered the 12 pieces (800 yen) with mixed topping. One of them was too salty, but other than that everything was top notch. The size is just right...
