The hotel is situated in the business district area. It is conveniently located near Shin-Osaka station which is very well connect. You can take the Shinkansen (bullet train), limited express train and other subways from Shin-Osaka station. It only takes about 5-6 minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel. ||The hotel lobby is located on the 2nd level. The hotel staff can only speak minimal English. But they try their best to help if you have any questions.|The room is quite small but it’s typical for a Hotel room in Japan. It’s good enough for me though as I spend most of my time outdoors.|The room is clean and closy and room service is provided daily. ||There is a convenient store (7-11)located just next to the level 1 main entrance . You can buy your daily necessities if need to. The store also has atm machine. Convenient for those who need the extra money. Take note that most of the money changers in Osaka do not accept Singapore dollars. You can also TOP-UP your iccoca card at the counter. ||There are also 2 Japanese restaurants next to the level 1 entrance. The food is not bad. Overall experience : Very Good.||||Location : 10 mins walking distance from Shin-Osaka Station (has Trains, Shinkansen, Haruka Train to and fro Kansai Airport, buses and taxis as well). However, please note that the closest exit is Exit 4 (if you are coming by the subway). (To follow the East direction and you will reach the connecting pedestrian bridge between the Station with a mall. Enter the mall and take the escalator down on your right. Once at the ground, exit the mall and walk straight for about 3 minutes. The hotel is on your right side.)||||Check-In and check out : Follows strictly to the check in time (local time 3.00 pm). However we left our luggages at the hotel reception and starts our sightseeing immediate without waiting to be checked in. By the time we reached back to the hotel by the day end, our luggage have been sent to our room. For check- out , we are only required to insert the room key into a machine and voila ! You Have been Checked-out :)||||Breakfast : At the Japanese Restaurant located on the ground floor. Cost about 880 yen (inclusive tax).
