We wanted a private family bath but we ended up in the public bath section. We were kindly redirected as it is just by the side.

Entry is via coupon and they explained to us how to use the vending machine. Time is 90 mins on weekdays and 1200¥ per pax for 2.

We were given room 2. Basic amenities are given and also the 2 bath towels. Shampoo, conditioner and bath soap too. The showers one working well but the other the hot water jet not too well.

The hot water pool is hot enough. Place looks a bit run down and not too well cleaned.

The vanity room is big enough for 2 pax and quite tidy. You could blow dry hair here and relax a bit...

We enjoyed a nice warm bath on a Sapporo rainy day; the place is perfect for couples (especially foreigners with tattoos) or families and it’s recommended to go for the private rooms; the attached public bath is not suitable for people with tattoos as there is a warning sign at the entrance. Got a private bath. No reservation, you go in as you come if the rooms are free. If they're occupied, you have to wait.

The bath itself has a solution mixed in as is typical, and surprisingly, since its recently been renovated it comes with jacuzzi!!
