Excellent craft beers brewed in a sparklingly clean space next to a blade smithing shop. There is not a ton of craft breweries in Japan, and far fewer with lady brewers. Kaori san is doing a great job!

Great craft beers! The brewer and her husband are super friendly and welcoming. Well worth the effort and trip to visit the taproom. Unfortunately, only open on Saturdays and Sundays.

長良川鉄道の関駅から歩いて５分チョットの場所にあるブルワリーです、関にこんなブルワリーがあるって全然知らなかったですが、２０２４年７月に立ち上げたということみたいですね、週末の午後に利用してみました。店内はカウンター６席とテーブル１卓の席数、１３時ころに入ったのですがほかにお客さんはいませんでした。 店内では６種類のタップと缶のビールがあってタップのビールは定期的に入れ替わるとのことですが値段はどの種類もPINT１１００円、1/2PINT７００円、それに３種類の飲み比べが１５００円です。また、フードメニューはポップコーンがあるくらいですが、持ち込みは自由となっています。 せっかくなので３種類の飲み比べをいただくことに、ビールの種類は正直そんなに詳しくないので雰囲気で頼んでみましたが、それぞれ特徴あっておもしろいですね、特にGUAVA CHOPというビールはその名のとおりグァバピューレをふんだんに使用したフルーツヴァイツェンということで、フルーティーなしっかりした酸味が楽しめる飲みやすい味わいで美味しくいただけました、ごちそうさまでした。

Amazing place for high quality beer at Seki city where you can explore the heart of japanese knife. Had all kinds , my favorite was Moroha 両刃, double IPA , great drinkability ,citrus aroma flavor.

Can easily access from Nagoya/Gifu city by highway bus. Worth place to hit if...

This place is AMAZING! The atmosphere is great! The owners are friendly. Their concept is very unique, but much more than this….. the beers that they make are very very delicious…. And furthermore very creative….. 5 stars...
