The middle-aged Japanese man was disrespectful. If I could give no stars I would. I came to the store with my 3 years old daughter and bought two packs of bread. After payment, we wanted to sit there, finish my light bread because I was kind of hungry and it was raining outside. Some guys already sat there. There was still a large space in the middle, so I came close to the staff and asking “Excuse me” (すみません), he immediately shouted NO NO NO at me. There were plenty of chairs near him and I didn’t even finish my request. Then, we got back to the table, I told my child that we’ll finish our bread real quick while standing, then the guy next to us gave seat for my child. 5 years living here, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in Japan.
