Visiting Japan from Nevada with my daughter, went in to pick up their exclusive Matcha scent. no one seemed interested in assisting us. since there was no line I approached one of the cashiers and told her we were ready to make our purchase of perfume and one of their tote bags. Once she had everything I assumed we would complete our purchase but she directed me to the back of the line that had formed. My daughter pointed out since we weren't dressed like the other customers we were being given the "pretty woman" treatment. We left the store without making our purchases since they obviously didn't want our business. The sale assistant managed to put me off within the first few minutes when I was in the shop by first looking at me in a very unfriendly way. Then when I was looking at the candles, she forced her way behind me, knocking off my bag on her way. I highly recommend getting the Tokyo City Exclusive, GAIAC 10, it's the best fragrance ever! Be sure to check the bill before you pay because there were mistakes on mine.
