West Promenade — Local services in Tokyo

The entire promenade is quite impressive. It's essentially a massive, concrete jungle environment. It connects multiple large malls, hotels, landmarks, and crazy viewpoints---all without having to worry about vehicles.

It also has sections filled with flowers and trees and each section has upper and lower parts to explore. You can go from a large 7 story shopping center, then walk across a multi lane highway, visit shops, walk through a park the size of central park, then go to another shopping center, then walk to your hotel on the water front.
