I recently celebrated my wedding anniversary at Red Lobster Odaiba, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted by a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, particularly a gentleman with a light beard who seated us with a genuine smile. His attentiveness set the tone for our evening.
We opted for the Casual Pair Set and the Red Lobster Bay Breeze Trio, alongside a side of mashed potatoes and chicken wings. Each dish was a testament to the quality and flavor that Red Lobster is known for. The Bay Breeze Trio was a delightful medley, perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. The mashed potatoes, though initially topped with bacon, were promptly adjusted to suit our dietary preferences. The staff's polite assistance in modifying our order was truly appreciated, showcasing their commitment to accommodating all guests, including those seeking Muslim-friendly options.
The service throughout our meal was impeccable. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were regularly refilled and checking in on us at just the right moments. The portion sizes were generous, and we were even offered take-out containers, a thoughtful touch that ensured we could savor the delicious leftovers later.
The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall charm of our anniversary celebration. With stunning views of the bay, we enjoyed our meal while watching the sunset paint the sky in beautiful hues. For those driving, parking options nearby were convenient, making our visit stress-free.
In conclusion, Red Lobster Odaiba not only delivered on fantastic food but also provided a level of service that made our anniversary truly special. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our night...
Read moreAs an American, coming here was extremely disappointing. The fish preparation just isn't what you'd expect, and you have to pay for each Cheddar Bay Biscuit, which is heartbreaking in itself, but even worse when you see how much everything costs on top of it. The biggest difference was the (tiny) lobster tail, which is prepared smothered in mayonnaise instead of served with butter. Even as someone who enjoys mayonnaise, it was a bad combo. The salmon was okay, but not as good as I expected for fresh-on-the-coast fish. And the garlic bread... Jeez, a loaf of bread cut into triangular thirds (?!) and served with barely any butter or garlic in the majority of the bread. We thought it would be fun to try a familiar train during our trip, but it ended up being an extremely expensive disappointment. If you're hoping for a similar experience, it'll...

Ordered lobster with tenderloin as surf and turf. Despite explaing it has to come together it didnt ... lobster arrived first. I took medium sized for 60 eur it was small ( really small) only luk warm and 100% not freshly prepared. It tasted like nothing and was rubbery. The filet was like 100g for 25 eur... at least it was medium rare... was more cooked then grilled though and served with COLD gravy. Best were the french fries... 100...
