Wattaina Local Produce Market — Local services in Tottori

Living in the countryside in Japan, I’ve learned to love farmer’s markets for the local foods, the crafts, the interesting food finds, and the great prices. I’m happy I found all this when I visited the Shokunomiyako Farmer’s Market in Tottori. You can take the Loop Bus from Tottori station here. It has a great selection of foods along with an ice cream and a gift shop. You can find some excellent local produce (I bought mikans to eat for the next few days of my travels), and then sit down to enjoy your finds at the conveniently set up...

This is definitely a place of interest whenever you visit Tottori. It's very close to Karo Beach. Food and gift items are bountifully sold here.
