For tourists it is close, maybe a quarter mile from JR and Tsurumi train station😀 Grocery store just up the same road😀 Food options close-by or farther out within easy walking distance😀 Check-In was easy and I anticipate check-out will be just as easy😀 Nice laundry area, three washers and dryers 😀 No folding table, they could have installed one on wall☹️ Older BW, but overall, kept clean and in good condition😀 Staff overall friendly, but much like Japanese, not engaging and communication is rough🤫 Was given 2 bottles of water when checking-in, which is BW standards😀 The one clerk who spoke English said to just ask for more each day. When we did, both times was told we needed to get out of vending machine😡 Room was NOT cleaned one day, We guess because we had don’t disturb sign on door till 10:10am until we left. They start their duties at 10am, I guess if they see sign at at that time, they pass you over for day😡 Three days, used coffee cups were not replaced😡 Overall, quiet around us for every night😀 Nice hot shower water with great pressure😀 TV is terrible, only CNN! Would be nice to at least have Japanese music channel😀 Beds were comfortable😀 No wash clothes, I was told they don’t use them here😳 We went out and bought our own bath Scrubby’s. Nice towels, you get two with two hand towels😬 No complementary coffee in the morning, that’s a first for us at BW😡 I hear good things about hot coffee vending machines here, put one in! Have breakfast for $1200 Yen I believe, did not try. We booked almost a month out, our room size was a large closet☹️ Simply had to walk sideways once you passed the bathroom door😡 Clothes had to be spread out on couch😡 Bathroom is SMALL☹️ The good news, we are discovering what Japan has to offer, so only in room to sleep🙄 Would I stay here again, “NO,” the amenities were just to week☹️ We are loyal BW guests and Diamond Select customers, we have come to expect a...

Being Top Status at BW I received some extra water bottles and a bigger room. Staff not too fluent in anything but Japanese but really nice. Room was ,even already double size ,still a shoe box. Not more than 15m2. Only 1 english program. Had to be cnn...yikes. Anyway. Wifi sometimes faded away. Breakfast was apart. Price was 1100yY.They gave me coupons 600Y off. I Wanted to try but 6.30-9.30 is not convenient. Jr Line and KK Line in front. Easy acces to anywhere. Yokohama around 6 miles, Tokyo CBD around 20. Nice option for expensive Japan. Literally in front of KK Station Tsurumi. Safe and convenient. Lots of shops and 2 shopping centers in a...
Read morestayed here for a couple of nights and this was probably one of the worse hotels we’ve tried in japan.
starting with the pros: 5 mins walk to a JR station relatively cheaper compared to other hotels in yokohama can leave your luggages before check in
cons: when we checked in, there was still toilet paper in the toilet. clearly shows that they didnt clean our room properly. there was still hair on the bed room is super small. good luck trying to open your luggage inside the room. restroom is also super small. if youre tall, you have to sit at an angle so your legs wont hit the door. no ramp going to the lobby. have to lift your luggages...
