Navy Exchange Home — Local services in Yokosuka

NEX stores are typically great with more variety and better prices than the MCX or AFFES. The weird thing about the Yokosuka NEX locations are that they are spread out between at least four large building. Three of the building are close to each other near the Commissary, they are the Home/Children’s Store, Electronics/Toys/misc and the Furniture Store. The Fleet Store is near the ship repair yard and it is where you can get workout clothes and equipment, bikes and some GNC products. This makes it very difficult if you don’t have easy access to transportation. It is also not published what store carries what and employees don’t really know.
