Loved the atmosphere and the service. However, when I would order a hot chocolate; I got super nauseous and ended up vomiting once after drinking it. Got dragged by deployed friends multiple times to this location (despite telling them about the bad hot chocolate) and the nausea happend every time. Never happened at any other Japan Starbucks. Went to Starbucks outside walking gate even and ordered the same (Hot chocolate) and was completely fine, no nausea; even ran after. Not a great experience today. I couldn’t hear the barista announcing the coffee numbers so I moved up front. I saw a coffee sitting on the counter. I went up to ask if it was my number, showing my receipt and she said a different number. So I stepped back. After 13 mins I went back up to ask about my coffee. The CFAY Starbucks is always a good choice. The staff are all friendly and helpful while they provide superb customer service.

Like all Starbucks they made their drinks standard. They offer free WiFi and have ample seating with a nice ambiance.
