Taco Bell (Naval Base) — Restaurant in Yokosuka

I’ve been to this Taco Bell three times now. The first visit was great, but the second and third were disappointing, the food was messy and looked like it was just thrown together. One time it even looked like it might’ve been dropped, so I didn’t eat it.

Today, I ordered two hard tacos and specifically asked for no lettuce or sour cream. While they got the sour cream part right, the tacos were covered in lettuce, which I had to scrape off myself. It’s frustrating to not get what I ordered, especially when I’m paying for it.

I’ve worked in fast food before, so I know mistakes happen, but I also know it’s not too much to make an order the way a customer requests. This location can do better, and I hope they make some...

Terrible service, slow, and mediocre. Set at the drive thru box for 5 minutes before anyone says anything to you, then wait another 10 minuets to get only half of the food you order. The menu is inexplicably lacking everything but the most basic items, and when they do some new special item they cancel it within weeks of it being the best thing ever: cheesy core burritos, double cheesy gordita crunch, etc. Where are the dorito tacos?
