Saryarka — Local services in Astana

This mall has Not too many shops. Mostly people went for Kinopark. It's Neat and clean mall. Once I went tlhere with my friends to visit "bar and grill" restaurant which is located on ground floor for dinner and in hope to see football match along with it. Their prices are too high and also they don't have good internet to stream match on their 5 screens(TV's). Major bummer. A very good shop for kids here.. also for smokers there is shop store on third floor.....on second floor there is Very one good restaurants compared with Kereun City, less crowd made it more relaxing place . It is a bit dimly lit, and has more of an evening mood than other shopping centers. Cozy, warm and nice little spot of Astana. One of the earliest shopping malls of the capital. I like visiting it, although it has nothing special to offer in regards to my shopping taste. I'd rather choose this place for unofficial meetings with friend in a coffee shop or at the food court. I used to like the cinema but since I'm no longer living near the area I rather prefer other places to go visit. The mall used to have some good boutiques that are no longer present and I unfortunately don't know to what location they were relocated and it also had a "Bla-bla" bar which was nice too, however it's not there either. Nevertheless, I hope to see it's "rebirth" or "coming to live" again in nearest future as it seems a little...

Добрый вечер ! Сегодня посетил автомойку в ТЦ Сарыарка! Заезжаю во во внутрь автомойки 0 внимания , куда заезжать ? Свободно или нет стоял парень с рацией,увидев машину развернулся и пошел в клфейню, на спине увидел надпись администратор! Никак не отреагировал , поехал во внутрь самостоятельно искать свободный бокс! Нашёл, заехал в последний 8 бокс , рядом сидит в углу второй администратор и курит тоже 0 внимания , оставил машину , пошел в кофейню оплачивая деньги за мойку спросил , 40 минут моете ? Ответили да! Запишите номер позвоните мне , ответили мы не звоним , хорошо я ушел в соседний бокс СТО , прихожу через 7-8 минут , прогулялся до машины ее не моют , до сих пор , я покурил потом зашёл в кофейню , сидит администратор, в кресле . Я тоже сел и наблюдал некоторое время за камерой , машину так же не моют , за то наблюдаю через окно 3 мойщиков , ну думаю решили отдохнуть , дальше тоже самое никому ничего не нужно , за кассой стоят две девочки и громко смеются, обсуждая что и это слышно в зале где сидят клиенты , я задал вопрос машину когда начнёте мыть ? Ответили уже моют , хотя в по камере к ней даже не подошли ! Тут Администратор встал пошел решать проблему , ну короче ещё 2 минуты и уже не выдержал забрал обратно деньги и уехал ! Владелец или администратор вы проверяйте хотя бы из редко как работают ваши сотрудники , у меня сложилось такое ощущение как будто я пришел и бесплатно мою и ещё мозг выношу ! Элементарного приветствия нет ! Ужас ! Владелец автомойки твои деньги уходят...
