I travel worldwide. And I stay at Hilton quite often. Hilton" is a well-known hotel chain, but do not buy into it – Hilton Garden is not what is expected of the Hilton hotel chain. It has nothing in common with this brand except the name. I contacted the hotel to arrange my airport transfer to the hotel in advance. The car I was waiting for seemed to have been involved in an accident and was not clean. The room was too hot, although it was 8 a.m. The air conditioning unit was not working correctly. The temperature outside was already 30 degrees. After my long trip, I wanted to sleep, but instead, I spent half a day sorting through the temperature in the room. After a few hours of talking with a staff member and an engineer, I was told that the air conditioning system in this building does not go low as 24 degrees. They offered me a different room, but the air conditioning didn't work at all. Needless to say, the following morning, I moved to another hotel after a tough night.
