The rooms are spacious and clean and warm (luckily, because it was minus 25 outside)||There is a pleasant lobby/bar, but the bartenders don't speak English.||The reception is very good with skilled staff that speaks English very well. Especially Madiyar did everything he could to make our stay a succes! Thank you Madiyar, great job! ||The breakfast is moderate, quality is okay, staff unfriendly.||The hotel says that there is a gym and pool, but this is a scam. The pool and gym is part of another neighbouring business and there is a whole procedure to get in there. in the spa/gym/pool they charge you for everything, even if you are a resident from the hotel: you have to pay for every step you take, every breath of air you take, you are charged. Read morePrimarily chosen due to picture of pool on booking website - at no point was there additional fees quoted. On the first day we attempted to access the POOL and GYM facilities and we were told of the EXTRA COST, $40 for two per day (discounted)! We challenged the Hotel on this but they refused to change their position. ||||Also the wi-fi was terrible and the room itself was sub-standard: broken window pane, exposed wiring, broken furniture, peeling wallpaper, stained bathroom floor. Again we requested the Hotel make amends in some form; we were shown two additional rooms in similar states, unacceptable! The staff were as helpful as they could be, but it was clear that there was no room to negotiate and they were less than interested in 'guest satisfaction'.||||PS. this message has taken three hours to post as the internet went down and an engineer has spent three hours in our room...
