Чир Chic — Restaurant in Astana

I chose this restaurant for the good reviews and I can only write my positive one. The atmosphere is warm and cosy, the interiors are well designed and there are several beautiful decorative details. The menu is well assorted, clear, and the photo of each dish drives your choice in the best way. The food was delicious: I had 'manty' and then meat but there were much more dishes I desired to try. The staff is efficient and very attentive to the clients but always with discretion. Something I didn't like? The armchair because it was was too low compared to the table, but that did not affect the good experience and dinner I had at this restaurant....

A stylized spacious central asian restaurant that nicely doesnt overpower the relaxed atmosphere of the place. The food is great. The never ending documentaries about Uzbekistan are supposed to add to the eastern vibe, but after sometime becomes annoying. Off the typical tourist path despite being located in the center of the left bank(touristy glassy shiney part of Astana). Hence dont expect to see authentic tapchans, aqsaqals and throw pillows. The decor is rather punctuated with the attributes of a chaikhana rather than being the staple. Perfect spot for the business people seeking clean expected experiences. Not what i usually seek for...

Had a lovely experience of Uzbek food, Georgian wine and alcohol-free beer! The atmosphere is nice, with good music and lighting but the chairs quite low for the tables so we had to sit on an extra cushion.

The service was especially good and our waiter Azat was from Uzbekistan and told us about the culture and gave us information...
