Very Disappointing Experience – Received the Wrong Order

Very disappointing experience at this kebab shop. We were looking forward to trying some delicious food here, we ordered something, and we were given a completely different dish. What was astonishingly unprofessional was when they responded indifferently after that.

When you pay for an order of food, it should be given to you accordingly, but it seems that this place simply does not care about customer experiences. Due to that, we had to survive on something that we didn't want or go empty-stomached.

I cannot recommend this kebab shop to anyone. If you respect your time, money, and at least some minimum level of service, go elsewhere.

The food at best is just mediocre. There is a chance for the chicken burger to come uncooked (patty being frozen), and a REALLY BIG CHANCE to get scammed at the cash register where you are asked to pay more than the actual price (This happened to me 3 times already), so if you go to Pakistānas kebabs, take a calculator with you. The attitude the workers have is just terrible, it seems that they just want you to leave as soon as possible. Also the "restaurant" is very dirty and unpleasant. Worst kebab had in years. Worker seemed to be in a daze, spoke hardly at all, shrugged at questions. Price said 4.40 on the menu he charged 4.80. My partner's kebab 2.40 on menu, he charged 2.80, she gave 2.50, he asked for .10 more cents. Just odd. Kebabs were ready in 3 minutes, and were not good. No texture, just soft mushy lavash.
