The management and security trying to SCAM RM100 from the visitors!! BE AWARE!!

Very bad security and management communication. Put a sign for motorcycle parking without lines. The words are small and the sign put at the place that is not noticeable. We went for the 1 hour pilates class. Previously the security guard guided us to park at the place and hence we parked at the same place today. The security guard saw us coming down from the car and didn’t stop us from parking and didn’t inform us it changed to motorcycles parking area. After we finished the class, they waited us at the lift and informed us our car was clamped and want to claim RM100 from us!

Security asked us to talk to the management and management asked us to talk to the security when we want to try to talk to them. So end up we settled it by raising up the voices and ask them to check on the cctv who is the one that not stoping us for going to the parking.
