KFC City Mall — Restaurant in Borneo

Many times I've ordered Zingers and the size was half of what I got than at other branches. I've even asked the staff and they had the audacity to answer me that's the normal portion! Didn't even dare to look at me after that! The taste was also off like it wasn't mixed properly. Last time was the hard rock buns, now it's the tiny or cold chicken fillets. No quality control. Wonder what HQ would think if they knew about this branch. UPDATE: AGAIN LYING! So called Burger Banjir was claimed by HQ to launch on 23/7 but they said only available on 28/7! I understand stock or logistics issues but if your staff isn't trustworthy with such attitude problems then is there a risk...

Initially I thought this branch was great in term of taking order as the staff were friendly. I've ordered snack plate with specific instruction for spicy ribs and wing chicken part which the lady told me I have to wait 3 minutes for the spicy chicken wing. Ordered the durian mochi too as just saw this seasonal item.

Waited and went back with the order but to only realize she gave me thigh instead of ribs and gave me a broasted chicken wing. Wondering why did she ask me to wait for spicy chicken but ended giving me something else? But luckily the durian mochi saved the day, it was super delicious with real D24 durian. Uhh, must try...

Hmm..(Citymall branch)Got home to find no extra food ..Buy 1 FREE 1...Got RM10 off instead of get FREE 1 when buy a set...Got pepsi instead of mug spilla that i ordered..got ample time to prepare still take wrong order.
