5 Star Hainanese Chicken Rice & BBQ Pork — Restaurant in Borneo

So I ordered the food to be take away, but when i reached home I found out my order for steam chicken thigh was mistaken and turns out to be chicken breast, so I decided to call back, they was so rude when I told them about their mistakes, she said it's the same price!! I was trying to point out their mistakes but they just told me it's the same price, the rice was so mushy and the chicken breast doesn't even comes with skin . Will not recommend anyone to eat here as there are others with much more better chicken rice and cheaper price too. What a horrible experience would definitely...

Long time 🐔🍚 establishment that originated in Wisma Merdeka food court from the 90s. OGs will remember the price being RM3.50.

Having tried the Suria Mall branch, I can say this one is a lot better. Given it’s a suburban mall and not a tourist mall like Suria Mall, they have to do better or the locals would go elsewhere.

Chicken rice price fluctuates according to the parts chosen.

Asian sized portions. The highlight is definitely the chicken - poached or roasted. The crispy roast pork is average.

Hello gais, this chicken rice shop needs no introduction if you’re local, well known for their chicken rice since their start-up and now offers variety of cooking dishes. Overall the chicken rice tastes ok, rice with good aroma from chicken stock and oil, even the breast meat is tender, personally I think their chicken soy sauce really hits my taste bud. Despite specialised in chicken rice, I was impressed by their fried noodles, it tastes as good or even better than some fried noodles specialised stall in town....
