When the booking was done it was booked for 2 adults, that was understood like each adult will have water ski jet, but when we arrive it turned out that 2 adults have to sit on 1 water ski jet! In booking they didn’t say anything about renting separate water jet, only number of people, we was DISAPPOINTED! BECAUSE THERE WILL BE NOT ONLY 2 ADULTS BUT A RIDDER AS WELL! So 3 people on 1 water jet! They don’t provide the place for changing your cloth or keep your staff safety! Just tent on the beach! Never come back again! We try to contact agency through what’s up, calling on the phone number, but it was impossible. Never come back! Because those details must come to client in BOLD! Our trip to Marai-Mari Cultural Village was memorable one indeed!

I was contacted by our Tour Guide, Mr Eason the previous night confirming the pickup time and vehicle number.

Mr Eason was on time and we had a pleasant drive to our destination. He was very knowledgeable and informative.

Upon arriving at the Cultural Village, we were warmly greeted by the staff and we subsequently met our Guide at the Cultural Village, Claire.

The tour through the Cultural Village was interesting, informative, interactive and well thought out. Mr Eason accompanied us throughout and was very attentive ensuring our wellbeing.

The cultural performance and lunch wrapped up the experience well.

Unfortunately I cannot share I am happy with this day trip. We’ve done 2 other snorkel trips in Semporna with different agencies and this one was by far the worst to be honest. And also by far the most expensive. We were told fins and guggles were gonna be given in the boat and when we arrived to the snorkel location they said they didnt have fins. And the guggles I was given were all covered in mud al over the breath tube which is ver disgusting. The boat crew was ok but they were too bossy and screaming all the time.
