I just bought 25 chicken skewer,beef and chicken skin. per skewer - chicken is 0.70 sen - Beef RM 1 & chicken skin 0.50 sen. Price quite reasonable, size portion quite bigger than most average skewer stall I found around kuching (meaty cubes) yet the taste of barbeque of the skewer was a little bit off. The staff is very friendly and they are very generous in giving you "kuah kacang". Even thou the beef quite clay and tough to chew, I think they are trying to complete my order as fast as they could because of the bad weather (raining) they can improve the taste of their satay.

The kopitiam opposite the market have many shops including hardware, agriculture shops and many kopitiam and food court. 1 cup of hot local cofee cost RM2.(MYR) .After MC0 now RM2.30 per cup A plate of mi pok the small flattened noodles cost RM3.50 cheaper than Penang now. So are Kampua or kolo mi. All prices increases after MCO to around RM6 Other food like pig trottle rice etc.cost around MYR 7 to MYR8. More activities now after Covid MCO. Pig throttle now cost RM10 per plate

They selling flowers, foods, variety of fruits, fresh seafood (crab, prawn, fish, etc). At the same building, different section they also have sell meat pork. 😋 The sellers all are very friendly and sporting. Yes. I recommended place to go for the housewife or those in cafeteria / restaurant industry to get the stuff in their menu. You can asking for discount if you buy in large quantity. It is fresh. The non halal and halal meat also available there. You need to come in early morning because the things is fresh beside to get a better parking place. It is a busy area that why parking a little far from the market not a problem, so you just walk in to the market .( small quantity). The food stall also just upstair of the market, while there were a lot if open air cafeteria offer different types of food and drink just near by the market. Because the market is a better place to buy a fresh things in the morning, so it not a problem because you can gets your...

This is a good public market as you can find anything to buy here, as we used to buy fruits, plentiful but varieties to chose. We used to buy bananas & Jack fruit as they're hard to buy local. However, along the 5 foot way or corridor, various kinds of fruits & vegetables could easily be found. Batu 7 is now a very biz market n also the upcoming central market for outsiders & foreigners to stop for a drink as it's a Hotspot region, with highway, bus statoon, Kuching International Airport connected to Unimas, Uitma, JPN, & many International Educational colleges n residences n newly built houses scattered all over the region waiting to be occupied in tne near...
