A particularly bad experience that happened only once in my life which was enough for me to post this. I don't really mind if it was a bad service like late in taking order, rude server, late food or bland cooking, I won't bother leaving bad review but I had to address this issue.
I had lunches in this outlet before and it was fine every time but today, when I went to tapau something, I was left unattended while sitting at the table for 3 or so minutes. As an introvert, it was hard for me to approach one of the servers but I did eventually as I gotten impatient but when I was telling my order to that server, he gave me a blank stare and then proceeded to move away from me halfway telling my takeaway order. Although baffled, I had assumed he was getting another server to get my order.
He didn't.
Even so, I sat for another 3 or so minutes in hope of getting takeaway because I really wanted to eat roti kosong and tapau some drinks for my friends.
And not one server approached my table. Frustrated, I just left the outlet.
If it just one bad service, it's fine, ppl make mistake. If it's two, it's annoying but nothing worth getting mad at but three bad services in a row? Never before.
So this would be the only bad review I gave in life because I think no matter where I ate past or in the future, I probably would never an experience...

Ladies waiters is okay, the staff that make the roti canai is good. But then, the cashier. The short men. This morning, I think that his attitude is the worst.
Bought roti murtabak and canai with total of RM16.++, and pay with RM50 note. I don't have small money, and I said to him that I'm sorry because I have to give the RM50 note.
I can see that he is moody. He let me stayed at counter feeling empty and blur for around 1 minutes before taking my RM50 notes and give me my change. His face, argh. I'm sure that he is quite angry with me.
I mean, why you need to treat me like that? I mean please expect that there will be customers who don't have small money to pay. Please be good to customers. I love your shop, and I rarely post this kind of comment. I hope you can change your...
