Go Fun Kee Bak Kut Teh吴方记 肉骨茶（7哩) — Restaurant in Sarawak

The first ones to come for dine in, and ordered but we were served after 2 customers who came later than us. The customer service is really bad, not friendly. Please improve or do learn soft-skill amongst workers. I ordered 2 menu for takeaway, they only prepared 1 menu. Was in a rush, didnt get to check, just realized it when arrived home. 40 minutes service, plus unprofessional service. We would understand if there are a lot of customers, however the place was not even crowded. How can you missed an order? You have enough workers. I wont bother coming here again, will go to other branches if I feel like eating...

Go Fun Kee BKT... go early if you want proper seating and dishes that are still available to order. Staff seemed too in a hurry and even spilled the hot soup on the table without even so much as a "sorry". Perhaps because we arrived at 7pm for dinner and maybe this was quite late for them. In any case, I have been to other Go Fun Kee BKT and the bak kut teh there is really good and service too. I will come back to this eatery another time. Got to give them another chance, right? Maybe it just was'nt...

The worst customer service I ever seen. No face expression, just walk passing by and delay taking order. No explanation which menu are sold out. Just taking order like a deaf person. I recommend go to other branch. Come again to this branch next time? Maybe not a good option. The food slightly okay but I think other branch far more tasty. Sorry for my bad review. I feel disappointed. The other branch I been before far more better with tip top customer service. That's all I can give my short...
