I recently visited Xin Fu Zhou Cafe in Kuching and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The food did not meet my expectations at all, lacking in both flavor and presentation. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the cafe left much to be desired, indicating a need for significant improvement in this area.
A particular issue I encountered was with the "Bubur Kuali" stall. The stall owner was extremely impatient and seemed unwilling to serve customers properly. Anyway we ordered the pork soup (minced meat cause not really in the mood for spareparts) and plain kampua noodles. Love the soup infused with chinese wine and ginger. The other menu was this unique ‘kompia burger’. It is filled with the typical kompia minced pork which is slightly sweet and fried egg. The bun itself is super crispy on the outside and yet still warm and fluffy on the inside. A must try. Kompia burger is RM11 for 3 pieces (set) while the kampua minced pork soup combo is RM8. I think this coffee shop is famous for its Ding Bian Hu. Might try that...

Then of course tested the kampua mee. Hmmmm did not bring any remembrance of Sibu. Rather small portion too. Then the kampua mee at best corner is more authentic and far better taste. Finally tried the mee sua. Same result. Nothing to be proud of. Can not compare the one from 626 corner, which uses the red Chinese wine and is delicious. Overall: eatable but...
