2017.12.26 Another supermarket in Pe nampang area that you can buy any daily necessity.

The main attraction of the supermarket to me personally is I still able to buy some branded fashion clothes or pants at a very extraordinary low price during high discount sale. Yet, it need to depend on luck sometimes.

About the price of daily necessity, it still depend on personal judgement to make the correct decision. Some of it are cheap and some of it are a bit expensive too in comparison to the other supermarket.

I personally don't like the membership card at this supermarket as there are very limited of choices to redeem the gift with a very high gift points. Plus, it is also not flexible at all to improve the membership's benefits after many years to enable customers having the choices transfer the ownership of card to the family members. On the flip side, some staff their knowledge on the work flow are somehow quite low even at the HQ KK here causing unnecessary misunderstanding to initiate a simple solution.

Anyhow, this is a convenient place too to buy any daily things in...

Went here around 7:30am. At that time, only 2 main counters were open, plus 1 express counter near the baby milk powder section. While it wasn’t crowded in the morning, the limited counters made the queues very long.

I thought the express counter would be faster since it’s meant for customers with fewer than 5 items but instead, uncles and aunties with full baskets of groceries were also lining up there. I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes just to pay for 3 items at express counter.

The store really needs to improve payment management, especially at the express counter. Either enforce the “5 items or less” rule, or open more counters during early hours. Otherwise, there’s really no difference between coming early or during peak hours, the waiting time for payment is...

Very bad customer service ah. that one cashier girl named marie alexander at the back and she wear a pair of glasses she have terrible attitude problem. at first she asked if we have any bag and my grandmother replied her that she didn’t know about this since were from other places and she kinda like look down on us. For absolutely no reason? next, she was finding the barcode on a seaweed and couldn’t find the barcode, at this point if she didnt find the barcode she should ask her colleague to help her, but she didnt she told us to find it ourselves. i have really terrible experience here ah i would never want to meet the “crazy” cashier again. hope the manager see this and i hope the manager can do something about this, i cant contact their customer...
