Extremely disappointed as I experienced an allergic/chemical reaction during my head spa session, resulting in dryness and a burning sensation around my neck area. Despite making complaints to two workers, none of the receptionists offered assistance. One worker directed me to the receptionist, who then advised me to revert to the therapist.

I felt confused and simply wanted something to soothe the burn. They seemed familiar with this type of issue, suggesting it might have occurred with previous customers.

They kept me waiting in pain for nearly 30 minutes, with no other customers nearby. So, I had to leave as I couldn't endure the pain any longer.

I would have appreciated being informed earlier if they lacked the necessary medication to soothe the reaction, rather than keeping me waiting.

This lack of care raises concerns about their customer service and safety. It makes me hesitant to return and I caution others seeking better service.

P.S.: I've been a long-time member and never encountered such issues with their massages. However, my first experience with their head spa makes me believe they shouldn't overlook the possibility of allergic reactions from...

Had the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience at Attiya Spa! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a calming atmosphere. The space was beautifully decorated, quiet and smelled amazing....the perfect place to unwind. I booked "Spa Urut Urut" and it was absolutely worth it. The therapist was professional, attentive and really took the time to focus on the areas I mentioned. The pressure was just right...

One small thing though.. the disposable underwear they provided was a bit too snug, so hopefully they can consider offering a few size options in the future, especially for a plus size like me hehe.

But overall, it didn’t take away from the experience....Perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing way to unwind before...

Attiya is a very nice place to go for a massage. Although I had a bad experience when i went there due to the Membership, but just a feedback on the reception to mention the T&C clearly when the customers are paying for the membership. The Membership will be terminated if your balance is zero. However, that has past.

I LOVE their lympathic massage! And i recommend to try masseuse #12 for foot (male masseuse). I had many2 experiences on massages, but personally i love his technique because i dont like hard pressured foot massage😣 not relaxing at all. But i commend the therapist and the place, very nice!
