I’ve been living here for a while, and I’ve generally enjoyed the facilities and the friendly, helpful guards. It’s a nice place to call home, and the tenant profile gives a sense of security. I moved here in part because I believed that the building’s safety measures and the overall environment would provide peace of mind, especially given the not-so-cheap rental prices.
However, recently, I had a parcel stolen — an adjustable gaming desk that cost me over RM400+. I was absolutely heartbroken because I trusted this place to be safe. When I first moved in, I noticed a CCTV camera in the lobby area where parcels are typically delivered. But when I reported the theft, the building manager informed me that the CCTV was just recently installed, which doesn’t add up. I clearly remember seeing a camera there when I first collected my parcels, so it raises questions about whether the previous camera was a decoy???
What’s more disappointing is that when I raised the issue with the management team and building manager, they didn’t seem to take it seriously or offer any real solutions. They couldn’t do anything to help, which left me feeling incredibly let down. I even had to file a police report to try to get something done.
I understand that no place is completely risk-free, and ultimately, it’s my responsibility to ensure my packages are secure. But when you pay a premium for a place like this, you expect a higher level of care and security. I hope the management can take this seriously and improve the safety measures, especially when it comes to parcel deliveries.
Such incidents make it hard to recommend this place...
I understand that it’s ultimately my responsibility to keep track of my parcel, but it feels like this situation has happened too many times already, and the management doesn’t seem to be doing anything to prevent it. It’s not just about losing RM400+ worth of goods, but the bigger issue is that it gives thieves the opportunity to get away with it again and again. This is something the building management should be actively addressing, whether it’s by improving security measures or implementing more stringent parcel handling protocols.
It’s incredibly frustrating because I feel like this issue is being brushed aside, and no real action is being taken to ensure the safety and security of residents’ belongings. This is a place that people pay a premium to live in, so the expectation of a secure and well-managed environment should be met. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I don’t feel that’s the case.
I’m sharing this review because I think it’s important for others to be aware of the kind of experience they might face if they decide to stay, rent, or buy a unit here. It’s disappointing that this issue hasn’t been resolved or even taken seriously enough by the management team. If you value safety and want to ensure your belongings are secure, this might be something to seriously consider before making...
Read moreThis is a difficult review to write because the building itself is actually very nice, modern, and clean, with great amenities included and with restaurants downstairs. It has a lot of potential to be an amazing establishment however I experienced a few significant issues during my stay which is why I have rated this lower.
The main issue I had was with the staff. While a few were nice, most were incredibly rude. They whistle and snap fingers at you and are just generally unfriendly, unhelpful and unwelcoming which was really off-putting and shocking to us. If you are looking for any form of good hospitality- definitely do not come here.
Previous Reviews conveying Security concerns should be taken seriously, as we also noticed security guards will allow anyone into the building without swipe cards or questioning anything. In our experience they were near unresponsive to anything and mainly act as traffic control out the front.
I was very much looking forward to a hot jacuzzi- which was not possible. The jacuzzis only blew bubbles and were not warm. When asking staff if I could have a warm jacuzzi they said no, chuckled and literally walked away, dismissing me. The most concerning of all was their actions during a medical emergency my partner had just outside of the establishment. They offered absolutely no help whatsoever to me dealing with my unconscious 100kg boyfriend (I am a 50kg female for reference). They did not help me get him to the ground into the recovery position or provide any first aid assistance or anything, even after emergency services operators told me to do so. They simply looked on / wandered around showing no empathy and offered no assistance while I was very visibly panicked, which was extremely distressing while waiting what felt like hours for an ambulance. I am not confident they called emergency services straight away after multiple (screaming) attempts to tell them we needed an ambulance as I was handed a phone almost an hour later to speak to an emergency operator. This is more than concerning and should be taken into consideration for anyone travelling with any medical conditions, as my partner had.
The hot water for a shower also lasted about 5 mins for us and the design of the building means you hear the echo of doors opening and closing a lot. Overall I would not come back based on these experiences and wouldn’t recommend...
Read moreWe just finished our journey here. We had a very unpleasant and unsmooth experience. When we were on the road, we thought it was a very smooth and difficult journey. First, when we arrived, we got our vistor and parking qr code. The guard gave us a parking number. On the sixth floor, when we arrived at the number on sixth floor, there was a car parked there. It was the parking number given to us by the guard. I cap a photo and asked our Airbnb customer service and he said he would help us find out the problem. We waited for an hour without any reply. The customer service of the app just kept telling us to wait. I had to go around the parking lot for another six laps before I could go down to the ground floor. Then go to the so-called "selfservice" to get the key. There is no key in the mailbox he said. There are only two empty boxes, and there is no key. When I asked the customer service again, he gave me a phone number and said that this person would call me in five minutes. We waited fifteen minutes without waiting for any calls, and no one answered our calls. The app customer service didn't get any reply either. About half an hour later, the man dialed the phone and said that he couldn't come to assist us he was at outside, and said that he would call a housekeeper to assist me, but he needed me to go to another building to find the assistant. I said that I had been here for your "selfservice" checkin for an hour and a half. Please send your assistant to help and solve our problem as soon as possible. In fifteen minutes, two different people contacted me on WhatsApp and asked for our room number, bedroom or studio. We screenshot and answered C-24-3A Studio. About fifteen minutes later, someone finally sent us our key room card and parking card. After an hour of rest in the room, another tenant also came with his assistant and He opened the door of our room and said that we was the wrong place for the room he booked. The assistant asked us to move to another room immediately. I don't know how this homestay works. Selfcheckin originally required me to wait more than an hour for someone to deliver the key. Come into our room and tell us, they send the wrong room card and key and let us move to another room. If you want a comfortable and smooth journey, I strongly don't recommend this place. This is our first and last time...
