Leo Express Hotel — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

I used to stay at a few 3 stars hotel in KL during my visit but i think this hotel is the worst. So if anyone is planning to stay more than 2@3 days at hotel, you better look for other hotel which is better. On my first day at the hotel, the aircond was not functioning hence i need to change to other room. Luckily the staff was very polite and professional so I managed to get a better room.Please be inform that this hotel does not have a tag at the door which to mention "do not disturb or please clean my room". So every day the housekeeping staff will go to your room to clean it. Personally to me, i found that it is so annoying as it also will disturb your me-time at the hotel. After that, there was an incident whereby the electricity was turned off for about an hour in the midnight. Luckily I didn't bring kids with me otherwise it will be a nightmare for people who are travelling with infants. The aircond is very old type aircond. I hope their management will upgrade the aircond..and TV in the room is only as a display.. u can't switch on to watch the tv as there is no...

Cheap rooms, well, almost all room including master deluxe (from the price shown).. Nice and comfy beds but the pillow doesn't feels like a pillow at all..

Nice shower and if you're dare and extreme enough, you could slide window curtain and open the windows at side (yup, got windows that can be open, if lucky)...

Rooms all nice and tidy.. No weird smell across rooms.. The AC functioning well, not broken, though it take time to sweep across the room and even if you put 16c at panel/controller, does not feels like 16c at all and you can sleep without feeling too cold..

Great staff service and got massager at lobby.. Have a vehicle parking at back but a bit tricky to go inside the parking..

All's that, if you're a picky person, this hotel not for you.. Since the hotel just beside the main road plus the fly-over road, you're gonna hear a lot of loud vehicles sound, ranging from motorcycle to heavy, industrial truck including...

Clean & Tidy hotel. Easy access to can services, but MRTs are bit far from there. They have in-house grocery for your daily needs at an affordable price. Rooms are bit small but enough for a two, if you are not spending much time inside the hotel.

They do offer BB basis, but the breakfast was not that good or tasty. Even though the buffet will be open till 10am, chances of having a meal is first come first serve. If you get late, and the hotel in full occupancy, you might not get even a slice of bread, even though u come to the buffet by 8.30ish.

They lady who works at pantry was so helpful and trying to make the customers happy by any means, at least by good smile, while the receptionist was so rude and not going to accept the fault of not having enough food for the customers. So, keep a bread and butter with u at least, u can survive at...
