To be honest, I was expecting at least a decent experience and haircut. But what I get was worse, it was the most terrible service and haircut I have received in so long.

Haircut was attended by a lady stylish, rushing to get the job done, and I can assure you. It was a nightmare.

Hair wash was done by one of the assistant, lovely girl.

I had to ask the assistant to get the boss to salvage whatever possible.

I’m super disappointed and definitely will never come here again. Trying out this place cause my regular shop was closed and I have a wedding to attend this weekend.

Now I have to meet people with this terrible haircut for few...

So bad... I went for a haircut on a public holiday. The shop was manned by 2 Indons, the shampoo girl and so-called Senior Hairstylist. The shampoo girl is ok but the hair stylist is lousy. She asked if I wanted a job hairstyle and I said yes. But she just simply cut like men's style!! Completed the cut in 5 mins! My husband showed her the uneven cut at the back near my neck and she showed her black face and reluctantly cut off some parts. I could even tell her to cut off some from the sides of my ears... Very bad cut and costs me RM58!! Really...
