Has been dining here for years, and this place never disappoints!

Their Japanese cuisine tastes authentic, and even after all these years, the flavors remain consistently amazing. That’s why I feel it’s time to once again give them a well-deserved 5-star review. By the way, I visited their Kepong branch!

We ordered Tamago Mentai, Chazuke, and Salmon Kama this time, and here’s what I think:

Chazuke ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend their Chazuke! They use genmaicha as the base, which gives the dish such a fragrant aroma and rich flavor. Honestly, writing this review is making my mouth water just thinking about it again—haha! 🍵✨

Salmon Kama ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Salmon Kama is a comforting dish, especially on rainy days. The salmon is fresh with no fishy aftertaste, making it enjoyable and satisfying for warm food cravings. 🐟🔥

Tamago Mentai ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Tamago Mentai came in a very satisfying portion, and they weren’t stingy at all with the katsuobushi topping. Every bite was flavorful and fulfilling! 🧡🥚

This restaurant is definitely worth revisiting over and over again. Can’t wait for...

Incidentally found this place. It has been such a long time since I have had a proper good Japanese meal. The food is really good especially the ones that I have ticked behind their names. Environment is really cozy with nice adequate lighting. Menu is super extensive. We came here for lunch around 130pm and to my surprise it wasn't crowded and we didnt have to make any reservations. Maybe, not many knew this place yet. Service is really good and friendly. Place is clean too. Price is standard Japanese pricing. More than rm30 per dish. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had a great experience dining here! The skewers were beautifully grilled and full of flavour — especially the fish and chicken skewers, which were tender and juicy. The presentation was unique, served on a hot plate with foil and onions, keeping everything warm and aromatic. I also enjoyed the grilled rice ball and the tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette) with bonito flakes on top — delicious! The portion was just right, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming. Highly recommended if you love Japanese-style skewers!
