Ipoh City Council — Local services in Perak

I wrote 2emails to your complaint page on7th Feb and again on 13th Feb,informing of the clogged drains overground with plants and infested by mosquito along Jalan Johore ,Canning Gardens . 31400 IPOH & the non responsive Telephone numbers listed on your site. No one called me or responded to my email .In this age of digital era emails can even have an auto reply to acknowledge mail received, but Not for Ipoh city council. and a vision if industralise Nation before 2020 less than 3 yrs away. I HOPE YOU PROVE ME WRONG. What a shame Im not getting service for the Quit rent we have been paying since living here since the 1950s How to be proud of...

Thank you MBI, especially Mr Prem (traffic). 4/2024, I lodged a complaint on two abandoned car outside my house. 4/2025, I checked the status of my case, I misunderstanding my case was closed by MBI but still left one abandoned car there. I ring up to Mr Prem on end of April. He explained in detail to me and he will follow up with me . Surprisingly, he called me after two day and told, they are on the process to tow the abandoned car . Within two week , ya they did it. It’s a long process from last year but yes, solved.

To be honest i dont even wanted to rate this 1 star if possible... Such a stupid management.. When they can come and pick up rubbish to my neighbours taman what is wrong to come to our area which is not even 3mins distance far... Calls are not been answered very stupid and irresponsible.. Is has been 2 weeks and the rubbish is keep increasing... Come on larrr use ur brain to think.. Ppl are celebrating Hari Raya how u aspect them to celebrate with full of rubbish infront of their house... Come larr ppl think... Nama je pekerja...
