OLDTOWN White Coffee @ Greentown — Restaurant in Perak

Worst experience ever !!! Staff don't know how to handle the customer... It was our first time visiting Ipoh and we wanted to try there famous Ipoh white coffee, we went there & there were no seating capacity inside restaurant (all though they had lot of space out side restaurant but not sure why there were no seating arrangement) so we talk with waiter and he told us to wait for 10 to 15 min, we were standing in a queue for half n hour and just thought of taking follow up with one of the waitress , when we ask her is there any table available inside and we told here that we had very long journey to this place , she replied " why you want to eat in this restaurant , you can visit our other branch when you will be back in KL "

Disappointing Operating Hours at Old Town White Coffee

I recently visited Old Town White Coffee, expecting to enjoy a late-night drink since the signage clearly states that the closing time is 10:30 PM. However, when I arrived at 9:30 PM, I was told by the staff that they were already closing at 10:00 PM.

This is very misleading and frustrating for customers who rely on the stated hours. If the actual closing time is 10:00 PM, then the signage should reflect that instead of causing unnecessary inconvenience. Worse, I wasn’t even offered an explanation—just a simple “we’re closing soon” with no regard for the posted information.

Old Town White Coffee should ensure that their operation hours are consistent across all platforms, including their signage, to avoid disappointing customers. I won’t be returning...

Dropped by for a coffee, cant even remember exactly which outlet(in ipoh) i last droppedby or when. Wow! I have put down my order from my phone(qr code) and i must pay first in order to place order. Oki... but here's no other new guest/order and i waited for more than 5 minutes for a cup of ice white coffee. The girl at the counter was on her phone, beverage counter has no staff attending. Or i just didnt know I've to make my own drink, from my phone? Or its my fault that i order an upsize? The girl brought my coffee to me and tell me that my 'ice chocolate' is ready.
