Just bought a Toshiba TV at 11.00am . I told the foreigner, because now asked his name and refused to identify, that I will be using it with the GO App Arrived home to set it up, all working fine but the remote is not working on the screen where we are asked to verify that I am not a robot. None of the remote keys are responsive on this screen Nonetheless we cannot proceed Called the store in Qormi, from where I bought it and told me that he will be calling back in minutes. When he called again he did not have a hint to help so he told me he will be calling back in minutes. Since he did not call and was away five minutes from closing time, I called again and after I realised that he lost my contact, rudeless to say that he preferred to cut off the line rather than giving me his manager's mobile contact or his name. This is the customer service we are getting from you Just bought the TV , 120 minutes ago and paid in full. Shameless and will never buy again from you Come and solve this issue because this is shameful, leaving a client without a service because it was time to close the shop Where is your responsibility...
Read moreVERY VERY VERY desapointed, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! after buying a tv, soundbar, and a tumble dryer in the last 10 days, this morning 2 guys came to install the last product. As soon as i saw how uncarefull they were i proposed a towel to protect the tiles (3 months old..and white) but it was too late they had damaged the tiles on 60 Cm..(a scratch that cannot be removed) with their machine to lift up the tumble dryer. Instead of listening, the manager just answered me to clean the tile :-( Changing the tile wont be costing so much, but the attitude of everyone in the matter was far from being profesional. such a shame cause i litteraly was amazed by the amazing way of attending you in the shop. well for sure needed some more appliances that i will buy...
Read moreBought 3 Power banks, specifically asked that they need to be all compatible with Samsung, apparently according to the vendor, 5 hours charging half the phone is normal and insisted they are very good quality, I asked to replace 2 to get a better one, and kept on insisting none are faulty and that 5 hours charing for 50% of the phone is normal, I gave up, but the least I could do is write here so people will know what to expect (mind you, right after me another man went crazy for how his situation was handled ans threatend to sue them on something totally different) yet this apparently seemed like a normal day in the job for the employees.
