Last Thursday, I was in the area (Plaza Caracol), so I decided to stop by your store to look at some wines. I found a few brands that I had before and one I was not familiar with. So I purchased 12 bottles ( you have 3 x2 price). One of the wines rang up at $299 each, I said to the cashier it should be $199 not $299. I then went and got the tag for that wine, it matched everything, name,brand, cabernet... And it said $199 on the tag. There were 4 people by then, they were puzzled, then one of them took the tag looked at it carefully and said " this special expired October 23rd !!!!!so I asked her why is it still there almost a month later? NO answer and would not honor the price. I left the store without buying anything.The same thing happened yesterday at your Nuevo Vallarta store, different wine, same situation. I argued with the manager at Nuevo store, He wouldn't even listen to what I was saying, I left that store also, went to Chidraui and Walmart and got everything I needed. There's a clear need for improvement in the quality of fruits and veggies, as well as in the selection of organic and branded products. The store could benefit from offering more health-oriented options and a wider variety of products. Moreover, the lack of variety compared to other grocery stores, including other Soriana locations and even Chedraui in the Zona Hotelera, is disappointing. For example, products like Gnocci are not available.

She would not leave us alone, and just followed us around the store. The other employees didn't find the behavior appropriate, yet didn't step in to stop her. Just turned away and walked away from us. We ended up with half our stuff and went to checkout where she monitored us the entire time to make sure we took everything out of our cart. She didn't leave until she saw us pay. If it wasn't for the water, and everything being closed, we would not have bought anything there.
