I got my dog groomed here 3 times. The first experience was the best. They gave him to me as requested. Second time the cut was choppy and not as requested, almost like he was only washed and they snipped his face a little. Third time I asked if the person I was speaking to would also be his groomer. She said yes. I showed her pictures and she took a photo of her own for reference. I come back to get my dog and there is a guy actively grooming him so it wasn’t the same person.

Not only that, he injured my dog. His eyes were closed shut and swollen for a week. I contacted Petco in the US and the actual Guadalajara location. I wanted to know what happened to my dog so I could get treatment for him and I got no information in return. I used medicated drops, ice packs, low lights, a protective head ring (because he was scratching), and many sleepless nights. I had no idea if he poked his eyes or got a chemical in it that would react with what I was using. It makes no sense to return a pet in this condition.

Was the go too place to get my toy poodle groomed but after the last trip we have changed. The dog hair was choppy, nails not cut, appeared not to be washed or brushed. Few days later we found fleas on our dog. Can not say for sure they came from there but she never has fleas. We took her to the vet for fleas and for a second grooming 1.5 weeks later. Si pudiera poner ninguna estrella lo haría !! Resulta ser que vetaron a mi perrita por hacer mucho pipi y tratar de morder a la estilista , mi perrita es una Pomerania osea deben de ser profesionales y saber cómo tratar una raza , darle la confianza y no estresar al perrito 2 mi perrita hace 2 meses sufrió una daño neurológico y está en recuperación en su proceso una patita todavía tiene daño nos hablan a comentar que quieren cortar las uñas de ese patita y mi perrita se defiende , eso es algo obvio no ??? Osea no creo que sus estilistas sean personas capacitadas solo las capacitan para cortar el pelo y bañar que todo mundo puede hacer eso pero en el manejo de mascotas una persona bien capacitada y con conocimiento sabría cómo relajar al perro y aquí la ineptitud y la estupideces que toman la mejor desición es vetar decir que tu perrito ya no es bienvenido por mal comportamiento OSEA ES UN PERRITO , de verdad LES FALTA INTELIGENCIA Y PERSONAS MAS ADAPTADAS Y SI TIENEN A UNA GERENTA PORFAVOR PONGAN PERSONAS PREPARADAS Y CON CONOCMIENTO NO...
